Professional Doctorates

Professional doctorates are four-year, part-time courses for people working at a senior level within their profession.

The professional doctorate is designed to produce practitioners equipped to use research methods to resolve emergent problems of professional practice and develop innovation in practice by drawing on the best possible evidence.

Students combine examination of policy and organisational issues with taught elements on research methodology.
